The Rules That Govern Every Player Account

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "dune999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the dune999 platform, its operators, and its authorised agents operating the website dune999.net.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered or is attempting to register a dune999 account and access the dune999 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the dune999 website at dune999.net, including all game sections, betting products, account management tools, payment systems, and support channels.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered user profile held by a Player on the dune999 Platform.
• "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee balance held within a Player's dune999 Account.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, esports wagering, cockfighting, and any other betting products available on the dune999 Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, deposit match, reload bonus, or loyalty reward awarded to a Player by dune999 under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, which dune999 conducts using Pakistan CNIC documentation.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the dune999 Platform is prohibited under these Terms or under applicable law.

Where these Terms use the singular, it includes the plural and vice versa. Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation. References to "days" mean calendar days unless stated otherwise.

By accessing the dune999 Platform, registering a dune999 Account, or using any product or service offered by dune999 — whether for free or for real PKR money — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with dune999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dune999 Platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dune999. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you as a Pakistan resident.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to register a dune999 Account. dune999 is strictly an 18+ platform. Any person who registers while under the age of 18, or who misrepresents their age during registration, will have their account permanently closed and any PKR balance forfeited upon discovery.

3.2 Single Account Rule. Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) dune999 Account. Registering or operating more than one account — whether in the same name, the same CNIC, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be permanently confiscated.

3.3 Accurate Information. All information provided during dune999 registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistan CNIC, your date of birth, your valid email address, and your active Pakistan mobile number. dune999 reserves the right to verify any information provided at any time.

3.4 KYC Verification. dune999 conducts mandatory identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. KYC requires submission of: (a) your Pakistan CNIC — front and back; (b) a clear selfie photograph holding your CNIC; and (c) proof of address — a utility bill or bank statement from HBL, UBL, or another Pakistan institution, dated within three months. KYC may also be required at any time if dune999 has reasonable grounds to verify your identity.

3.5 Player Representations. By registering at dune999, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least 18 years old; (ii) you are not registered with any gambling self-exclusion programme; (iii) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party; (iv) your PKR deposits originate from funds that you legally own; and (v) you understand that gambling involves financial risk and you may lose money.

4.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dune999 Login credentials — your username, email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify dune999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. dune999 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification, but dune999 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the player failed to maintain appropriate credential security.

4.3 Account Security Features. dune999 provides two-factor authentication (2FA) and login location monitoring as part of the platform's standard security infrastructure. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. dune999 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to enable available security features.

4.4 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access dune999 is free from malware, keyloggers, and unauthorised remote access tools. dune999 recommends that Pakistan players do not access their dune999 Account from shared, public, or unsecured devices.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. dune999 accepts deposits from the following Pakistan payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, MCB Bank transfer, and Raast instant bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR). dune999 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or transfers from financial instruments that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit at dune999 is 500 PKR. There is no platform fee charged by dune999 on deposits. Any fees charged by the payment provider (such as Easypaisa or your Pakistan bank) are the responsibility of the depositing player.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available only to players who have completed full KYC verification. dune999 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that do not belong to the verified account holder. Withdrawals must be directed to the same Easypaisa account, JazzCash wallet, or Pakistan bank account used for the majority of deposits unless an alternative method is approved by dune999 support following identity re-verification.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. dune999 targets withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, MCB, Raast) may take up to two (2) business days. dune999 reserves the right to apply additional verification to withdrawal requests it deems unusual or high-risk, which may extend processing time beyond the standard targets.

5.5 Source of Funds. dune999 may request evidence of the source of funds deposited into a player's account, particularly for deposits exceeding 500,000 PKR within a single calendar month. This is a financial compliance requirement and not an optional request. Failure to provide satisfactory source of funds documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions until the matter is resolved.

5.6 Dormant Accounts. A dune999 Account that has not recorded any login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be considered dormant. dune999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of 500 PKR per month against the remaining PKR Wallet balance of dormant accounts. Where the balance is insufficient to cover the administration fee, the balance will be reduced to zero. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees commence.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, loyalty rewards, and any other promotions offered by dune999 are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus credit awarded to a dune999 player must be wagered thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any portion of the associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game category: slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live dealer games contribute 20%; table games contribute 10%; and sports betting contributes 50%. dune999 reserves the right to amend game contribution percentages with prior notice.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus credit and free spins awarded by dune999 expire fourteen (14) days from the date of award unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Any unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in the forfeiture of the bonus credit and any winnings generated from that bonus.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time. dune999 players may hold only one active bonus at any time. A player cannot claim a new promotion while a previous bonus's wagering requirement remains outstanding unless dune999 explicitly permits stacking in the specific promotion terms.

6.5 Abuse of Promotions. dune999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus awarded to a player where dune999 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has exploited promotional terms, engaged in coordinated bonus abuse, or participated in any strategy designed to take unfair advantage of dune999's promotional structure. This includes, but is not limited to: low-variance betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk; coordinated play across multiple accounts; and exploitation of promotional errors.

6.6 Withdrawal Before Wagering. If a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, dune999 will cancel the bonus and any winnings generated from that bonus prior to processing the withdrawal of the player's real-money balance.

7.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the dune999 Platform — including casino slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, Dota 2 esports wagering, Cockfighting, and the Money Train series — are sourced from independently certified game providers. RTP percentages and game mechanics are tested by accredited third-party laboratories. dune999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Bets Are Final. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the dune999 system, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or voided by the player except in the limited circumstances set out in these Terms or in the specific product rules. Game disconnections that occur after a bet has been accepted do not entitle the player to cancellation or a refund unless the game itself provides a disconnect recovery feature.

7.3 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communications failure that results in an incorrect game result or settlement, dune999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's PKR Wallet. dune999 is not obligated to honour winnings that are the direct result of a system error rather than a legitimate game outcome.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules. All sports betting — including cricket, HBL Pakistan Super League matches, Dota 2 tournaments, and other events — is governed by the specific sport and market rules published on the dune999 Platform. These rules address matters such as match postponement, void bets, partial settlement, and in-play market suspension. Players are responsible for reading the applicable rules before placing bets.

7.5 Maximum Winnings. dune999 reserves the right to apply maximum single-bet payout limits. The current maximum single-event payout on dune999's sports betting section is 10,000,000 PKR. Slot and live casino maximum payouts are governed by the individual game's published mechanics and provider limits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dune999 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and all PKR balances may be forfeited:

• Registering more than one (1) dune999 Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using a Pakistan CNIC or identity documents belonging to another person to register or verify a dune999 Account.
• Depositing funds originating from illegal activity, money laundering, or any source that cannot be lawfully attributed to the account holder.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage or matched betting abuse).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the dune999 Platform on a player's behalf without prior written approval from dune999.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or undisclosed promotional loopholes for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dune999 support staff or other players via any dune999 communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's dune999 Account without authorisation.
• Reselling dune999 account credentials or acting as an intermediary for third-party players on your dune999 Account.
• Using a dune999 Account for commercial purposes without dune999's prior written consent.

9.1 dune999 Commitment. dune999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistan players. The Platform provides a range of free tools designed to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to every dune999 Account holder at no cost from the account settings panel.

9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all dune999 players:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps enforced at the payment layer.
• Loss Limits — maximum PKR loss thresholds over a specified period.
• Session Time Limits — automatic logout after a player-defined session duration.
• Reality Checks — periodic pop-up notifications showing time spent and amounts wagered in the current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporary suspension of the account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — temporary suspension for 3, 6, or 12 months, or permanent closure of the dune999 Account.

9.3 Limit Increase Restrictions. Any request to increase a deposit or loss limit will not take effect until forty-eight (48) hours after the request is submitted, to allow the player a cooling-off period before the change comes into force. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.

9.4 Self-Exclusion. A player who requests self-exclusion from dune999 agrees that dune999 will close the account for the requested period and will make all reasonable efforts to prevent the player from reopening the account during that period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) hour during support hours.

9.5 Underage Gambling Prevention. dune999 employs CNIC-based age verification as its primary control against underage gambling. Any player who believes a minor may be accessing the dune999 Platform using their account should contact dune999 support immediately.

10.1 dune999's Right to Suspend. dune999 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict a player's Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) suspicious or unusual account activity is detected; (b) there is a pending KYC or source of funds review; (c) a chargeback or payment dispute has been raised against a deposit; (d) dune999 has reasonable grounds to investigate a potential breach of these Terms; or (e) dune999 is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction.

10.2 dune999's Right to Terminate. dune999 may permanently close a player's Account in the event of: (a) confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) confirmed fraudulent or criminal activity; (c) confirmed provision of false registration information; (d) confirmed underage registration; or (e) a player's own written request to close their account.

10.3 Balance on Termination. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, dune999 reserves the right to confiscate the entire PKR Wallet balance. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money PKR balance (excluding uncleared bonus credit) will be returned to the player via their verified Pakistan payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or source of funds review.

10.4 Player Right to Close. Any dune999 player has the right to request permanent account closure at any time by contacting dune999 support. Closure requests are processed within one (1) business day.

11.1 Ownership. All content on the dune999 Platform — including but not limited to the dune999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to dune999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Limited Licence. dune999 grants each registered player a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit: (a) copying, modifying, or distributing any dune999 content; (b) reverse engineering any dune999 software or game code; (c) using the dune999 brand name or logo in any commercial context without prior written approval; or (d) scraping the Platform for data using automated tools.

11.3 Third-Party Game Content. Games provided by third-party studios — including Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Relax Gaming, and others — are subject to those providers' own intellectual property rights. dune999 operates those games under licence agreements with the respective providers.

12.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. dune999 makes no representation that any player will win money on the Platform. All gambling involves financial risk. Players participate in games and betting markets entirely at their own risk and must not wager more than they can comfortably afford to lose.

12.2 Service Availability. dune999 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee that the Platform will be accessible at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and external internet infrastructure issues in Pakistan may cause temporary unavailability. dune999 is not liable for losses claimed to result from service interruptions.

12.3 Maximum Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dune999's total liability to any single player arising from any cause shall not exceed the total real-money PKR deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.4 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms excludes dune999's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by dune999's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by dune999; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data submitted by Pakistan players to dune999 is governed by the dune999 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at dune999.net/privacy-policy.

By registering at dune999, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key aspects include: (a) dune999 collects only the data necessary for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, and responsible gaming purposes; (b) dune999 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing companies; (c) dune999 may share data with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities where legally required; and (d) players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data subject to dune999's legal retention obligations.

dune999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file with the player's dune999 Account, and a revised version will be published at dune999.net/terms-and-conditions with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the dune999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

dune999 will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before any material changes to these Terms take effect, except where an immediate change is required by law, regulation, or to address an urgent security or fraud concern.

15.1 Complaints Process. Any complaint or dispute relating to your dune999 Account, a game result, a payment, or the application of these Terms should be raised with the dune999 support team in the first instance. You may contact dune999 support via WhatsApp at dune999support, via Telegram at @dune999official, or via email at support@dune999.net. dune999 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within five (5) business days.

15.2 Escalation. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct engagement with dune999 support, the matter may be escalated to dune999's senior compliance team, who will conduct an independent review. The outcome of this review will be communicated in writing within fourteen (14) business days.

15.3 Good Faith Resolution. Both dune999 and the player agree to act in good faith in attempting to resolve any dispute before pursuing formal legal remedies. dune999 values every Pakistan player relationship and will make reasonable efforts to reach a fair resolution.
